Affordable Pricing Plans

The flexible pricing plans and overall affordability of PropertyBoss make it the software solution of choice for property managers across the globe. Based on an “unlimited units” pricing model, you pay for the number of software users and databases you have– not the number of units you manage. That means you are free to grow your business without incurring additional fees.

Pricing plans start at $899 for one on-site user, or $59 a month with a $59 setup for web-based deployment. Add-ons such as applicant screening, audit logging, enhanced media and utility billing are affordable and powerful additions to any PropertyBoss purchase.

Subscription plans

All PropertyBoss purchases feature a one-year enrollment in PASS, our client support subscription which includes access to training, HelpDesk incidents and unlimited product updates and upgrades.

PASS Premium affords discounted web training, twice the number of HelpDesk incidents, as well as priority HelpDesk support and priority product updates and upgrades in addition to other premium benefits.

Both subscriptions can be renewed annually, or HelpDesk access, training and upgrades can be purchased separately if needed.
