QuickBooks Interface
Designed on Intuit’s Software Development Kit (SDK), PropertyBoss provides a seamless interface to QuickBooks, the world’s leading accounting software. The interface supports both cash and accrual accounting and offers the ability to map transactions, retrieve check numbers and general ledger settings and add and send vendor information.
In addition, PropertyBoss records all historic and pending financial information sent to QuickBooks and offers powerful reconciliation reporting. In fact, PropertyBoss received an overall 9.4 out of 10 Customer Survey Score on Intuit Marketplace based on QuickBooks integration, ease of use, features, installation and data security.
Internal General Ledger Accounting
PropertyBoss 9.07 features the most flexible internal general ledger accounting available in property management software to date, providing you a complete solution for your property management accounting needs.
PropertyBoss supports General Ledger and QuickBooks accounting groups within the same database, allowing you to view and manage all properties together while keeping the accounting details separate. Multiple accounting groups can also have their own predefined chart of accounts, as well as their own set of custom report layouts.
Our General Ledger also helps property managers:
- Define separate budgets for each accounting group
- Create budget variance reports
- Customize income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets
- Print checks on blank check stock, including MICR lines
Peachtree and Standard Journal Entry Export
PropertyBoss features an interface with Peachtree and other accounting packages through journal-based month-end exports. These exports support both cash and accrual accounting and can be used in conjunction with accounting systems such as Solomon and Microsoft Dynamics. And, with PropertyBoss, the property management and accounting groups will always be on the same page.
