Work Approval and Held Bills Work orders can be set to be approved as management or owners need to approve specific tasks. You can also place bills into a “held” status for approval to be paid by management or owners. This will allow owner balances to remain in the positive or have the funds to pay bills as rental income is applied.

 

Global Search Searching across multiple databases can be accomplished quickly without having to log into each database and do the same search. The defaults can also be set by user. Find that tenant and enter a work order with time to spare!

Electronic Document Filing With the Enhanced Media Module, you can have PropertyBoss file a reference that a letter was printed from PropertyBoss. It will also attach a copy of that letter to the lease media folder. This feature, as well as the other aspects of the Enhanced Media Module will help your office go paperless.

 

Microsoft Outlook Search Along with attaching printed documents to the register, the Enhanced Media Module also allows you to complete a Microsoft Outlook search to link sent and received emails to owners, tenants and vendors.
