If we purchase PropertyBoss on a per unit basis, can we add more units later?

What is the difference between the online version and the stand-alone/network version?
Both the online and the standalone/network version offer the same capabilities. In fact, you cannot tell a difference running either version. Because of the powerful hardware installed on the server version, many customers find the online version has faster response times than the version installed locally.
Then standalone version is ideal for the small property manager who only needs the system installed on a single computer. The standalone version can support multiple user accounts and secured access based on the user.
The network version is ideal for the property manager who needs to access the system from multiple computers installed on a network. The network version of PropertyBoss supports concurrent access to the entire system for dozens of users. A robust security system limits access to sensitive data and capabilities.
The online version is ideal solution for property managers who
- need access from multiple locations,
- do not have a technical staff for managing the issues that go with a network like Windows security patches, database backups, and security administration.
- prefer a standard monthly payment for software and support.
The online version does not require an upfront purchase of software. In most cases, you can use your existing hardware since the processing occurs on our servers.
