QuickBooks Interface

The PropertyBoss 2010 interface is designed on Intuit's Software Development Kit (SDK) and provides a seamless, two-way interface between the two applications. The interface supports both cash and accrual accounting and offers functionality including the ability to map transactions, retrieve check numbers and general ledger settings and add and send vendor information. In addition, PropertyBoss keeps a history of all historic and pending financial information sent from PropertyBoss 2010 and QuickBooks and offers powerful reconciliation reporting.

Peachtree and Standard Journal Entry Export

PropertyBoss 2010 can also interface with Peachtree and other accounting packages through journal-based month-end exports.
