New Client Orientation

Every PropertyBoss 2010 implementation includes, at no additional charge, a New Client Orientation conducted by a member of the PropertyBoss Client Care team. During the New Client Orientation, a Client Care Specialist will provide a brief introduction to the rental and residential property management software solution, cover the technical, implementation and training resources available and confirm any pre-scheduled resources that are part of the implementation.

Web-Based Implementation Assistance

PropertyBoss provides implementation assistance on an hourly basis via web-based implementation sessions. During these sessions, an Application Specialist will remotely connect with the client's computer and help configure their actual installation of PropertyBoss 2010. The type of assistance provided is completely configured to the needs of the client and typically covers topics such as initial setup and configuration, implementation of core functionality and advanced modules, configuration of accounting interfaces and both basic and advanced user training. On-Site Implementation Assistance

For situations where clients require a dedicated resource or an accelerated implementation plan, PropertyBoss provides on-site implementation assistance. On-site implementations are led by a dedicated Application Specialist working at the client's facility. The on-site Application Specialist is supported by a team of Client Care and Application Specialists in Greenville and typically provides a combination of implementation and training assistance. On-site implementation assistance is configured to meet the client's specific needs and is typically two to three days in length.
