Property Management Software Training

PropertyBoss supports the industry's premiere property management software solution with a team of experienced experts who have a proven track record of providing property managers with the tools and training required to make the most of their PropertyBoss 2010 implementation. All members of the PropertyBoss training team have years of both application and industry experience and are certified to lead web-based training, classroom training and on-site training sessions.

Instructor-Led Web-Based Training

Instructor-led web-based sessions provide one-on-one training where the instructor and participants will connect their computers over the Internet and jointly work on a live version of PropertyBoss 2010. The content covered during web-based training sessions is specifically configured for the particular needs of the participant and can typically be scheduled with 48 hours notice. Most web-based training sessions are done in one hour increments. Up to three participants from the same company can be accommodated during a web-based training session.

Classroom Training

Classroom training provides participants with a two and a half day immersion experience in PropertyBoss 2010. Classroom training is conducted in Greenville, South Carolina at a training facility where each participant will follow-along with the instructor on their own PC. Sessions are typically scheduled once a calendar quarter. The next session is scheduled for January 19-21, 2010. Participants from various companies will typically be present during a classroom training session.

On-Site Training

On-site training provides participants the opportunity to learn at their own facility with the assistance of a dedicated instructor. Instructors configure the entire session to meet the particular needs of the participants. Most on-site training sessions are two to three days in length and can accommodate various types of users.
