PASS

Every purchase of PropertyBoss 2010 includes one full year of enrollment in the PASS program at no additional charge. After the first year, clients have the option, but are not required, to continue and participate in the PASS program. Following are some of the benefits of the PASS program:

Response Times
All incoming cases submitted via the online HelpDesk Request form will receive priority routing with a guaranteed 3 hour response time. All incoming cases submitted via telephone and e-mail will receive priority routing with a guaranteed 5 hour response time. All response times are based upon normal business hours and days of operation.

PASS Premium

Clients may elect to enroll in the optional PASS Premium program. The PASS Premium is designed to provide clients with the fastest, guaranteed response times in the industry as well as access to a broad range of premium benefits. Following are some of the benefits of the PASS Premium program:

Assigned HelpDesk Specialist Clients are assigned a primary HelpDesk Specialist. All incoming cases from the client will be priority routed to this individual to help maintain continuity across the entire HelpDesk experience. If the primary HelpDesk Specialist is not available, cases will be routed to the next available Client Care Specialist on a priority basis.
Guaranteed HelpDesk
Response Times
All incoming cases submitted via the online HelpDesk Request form will receive priority routing with a guaranteed 90 minute time. All incoming cases submitted via telephone and e-mail will receive priority routing with a guaranteed 2.5 hour response time. All response times are based upon normal business hours and days of operation.
