Tramor Properties is a residential property company that owns and operates apartment communities in Texas and California. With 17 properties and approximately 3,000 units, Tramor remains committed to providing quality housing for its tenants and reasonable returns to its investors.

What was Tramor looking for in a solution?

Tramor Properties needed a solution that offered flexibility and an interface to QuickBooks. In addition, easy integration with Microsoft applications, including Access, Excel and Word, was a critical need.
