Who is Triad Housing Partners?

Triad Housing Partners LLC is a multifamily development and property management company based in Davie, Florida. Triad purchases land, develops communities, and manages a variety of properties including multifamily and affordable housing.

What was Triad looking for in a solution?

Prior to implementing PropertyBoss, Triad had outsourced its property management system. With the decision to purchase a system, they looked for a software package that would provide a stable network with backup and recovery services. This would allow Triad to focus on property management instead of communication and networking issues.

Why did Triad select PropertyBoss?

Triad initially hosted PropertyBoss on their internal server network. As they added sites they were able to migrate seamlessly to the Hosted version of PropertyBosss. With the Hosted version they can access information in each site’s database from any location, locally or remotely. This approach works well particularly for sites remote from the corporate office. No software is installed on the client computer so maintenance of remote sites is simplified.

PropertyBoss provides Triad with a reliable network with offsite data management including backup and recovery services. They provide the hardware, software and technical support for the client data. Shirley Little says, “we don’t have downtime with PropertyBoss and with our location, backup is important due to the threat of hurricanes.”

Ms. Little says “the upload to QuickBooks works like clockwork and the accounting works extremely well.”
