9.04 Released |
Over the last few months, the development team at PropertyBoss Solutions
has been working vigorously to release the newest version of the
PropertyBoss 2010 – v9.04. This release includes major structural changes to
Prospects, Tenants, Tenant Relations, and Lease Addresses. The work
that has been done is in response from clients asking for a more refined
and user-friendly way of utilizing various aspects of the database.

Product Highlight: Enhanced Media
|
We created the Enhanced Media Module in response to feedback from
customers requesting the ability to view a history of all E-Mail
correspondence and documents exchanged with residents, owners,
prospects, and vendors within PropertyBoss. Enhanced Media enables a
user to view the E-Mail history without opening Outlook. The end result
of centralizing the correspondence details in PropertyBoss is a
reduction in the time that it takes to track down the details on an
E-Mail string and a corresponding increase in productivity.

Tips and Tricks: Help Options
|
|
With the added features of PropertyBoss 2010 v9.04, we have also made it easier to
contact the HelpDesk and get to Einstein Answers. When you hover over
the '?' on the top of the window in PropertyBoss, you have two options
for help: View/Search Help Guide and Enter a HelpDesk Request. As
always, we are available via phone and email, but entering the request
through PropertyBoss provides more information about your setup and
enters the request directly in to the support queue. Not only does this
save you time, but it streamlines the flow of your request to insure a
faster response.

Featured Report of the Month (A569) |
 This new Owner report is available in version 9.04. This report shows
amounts received and disbursed on behalf of the owners for a specific
date range to help reconcile owner balances. The report can be run in
summary or detail format. The report displays Owner Starting Balances,
Total Payments and Credits Received, charges the Payments were applied
to, all Disbursements made and then displays the Owner Ending Balance

As summer comes to a close, the hurricane season is just getting started!
South Carolina has been hit by five major hurricanes since 1700. The
most recent being Hurricane Hugo in 1989, which at the time was the
costliest storm inflicting more than $7 billion in damage in the US and
more than $10 billion throughout the US and Caribbean. It is now the
sixth costliest in history, but is always present in the minds of those
in SC. |
