What if I do not need an hour for my session?
We will bill in increments of 15 minutes and bill you for the amount of time
used. If you have prepaid training time, we will only deduct the amount of time
used (in 15 minute increments), and you will have a prepaid credit on
file.
When do I call Client Care and when do I schedule implementation?
Client Care is intended for technical issues about installation or how your
PropertyBoss is working. These are typically short (5-10 minute) questions.
Implementation is intended for 15+ minute calls where you need setup up or configuration
assistance that is more in depth. Implementation sessions need to be
scheduled in advance (typically with a 48 hour notice for the instructor).
On-Site Implementation FAQs
How do we plan what will be covered during our on-site implementation?
The instructor and client will work together to develop a plan for the on-site implementation.
Most on-site implementations lend themselves to three or less people as the
instructor will help the attendees work on their live PropertyBoss data to
enter startup information, create custom fields, create custom reports, create
user accounts, setup the interface to QuickBooks, and generally tweak the
system preferences. The agenda is fairly loose and flexible, but still
determined ahead of time through discussion of client needs and goals.
