Choose the training style that works for you. PropertyBoss is a robust system that offers highly customizable options, and with that flexibility there is a bit of an initial learning curve. Our varied training programs allow you to fit the training to your schedule and focus upon the topics you want to cover.

Web-based Training

Let us help you learn to use PropertyBoss. With our web-based training, you’ll get a comprehensive instructor-led session on the topic of your choice. This training tool lets you learn at your own pace, while managing all of your other property management responsibilities at the same time.

Classroom Training

Our classroom training is a three day instructor-led course on how to use the core features of PropertyBoss. The course focuses on the residential and multifamily industries and prepares your people to perform leasing, accounting, and maintenance functions within PropertyBoss.

On-site Training

We have two types of on-site training styles to help acquaint you with PropertyBoss.

Our “implementation-style” is better with up to three people as the instructor will help trainees work live with their PropertyBoss data. In these sessions, the instructor will demonstrate startup information like basic data entry (properties, units, leases), as well as System Preferences. The agenda is fairly loose and flexible but uses a predetermined set of instruction criteria.

The “classroom-style” works best with 3 or more attendees using a structured agenda on topics that apply to many attendees over several days. This agenda helps teach trainees how to use PropertyBoss on their own property portfolio.
