PropertyBanking

PropertyBanking^TM allows you to pay your owners through a direct check draft using the ACH banking system. A NACHA formated file is created which is transfered to your depository bank initiating payments to your owners.

PropertyPay

Rent and other payments can be collected with PropertyPay^TM through a credit card or bank draft transaction. PropertyWebPay enables this functionality through your website.

PropertyProspect

PropertyProspect^TM provides an integrated prospect tracking capability to PropertyBoss. PropertyProspect is easily customized to your sales process. Fully configurable guest cards allow you to track important information about your prospects. PropertyProspect tracks all activities and communications with prospects. Reserve units for prospects. Single-click move-in transfers the prospect and transaction history to a lease.

PropertyMeter

PropertyMeter^TM provides an integrated meter reading and billing capability to PropertyBoss users. It supports an unlimited number of meters and meter types for each unit and lease. Multiple rate calculations are available for different types of utilities and for different types of residents (handicapped, senior, etc). PropertyMeter prints standard utility bills on standard forms.

PropertyEmail^TM provides integrated e-mail sending capabilities into PropertyBoss. Send text or HTML-based e-mail to residents, owners, prospects, and vendors. PropertyEmail supports mail-merge to e-mail, multiple e-mail addresses per resident, e-mailing of statements, and mail-merged letters.

PropertyLog

PropertyLog^TM provides an audit trail of all changes to properties, units, leases, owners, and transactions. The logging capability of PropertyLog tracks for each change: who made the change, when the change was made, and what the change was. Integrated Merlin report writing allow you to see reports like 'What did Pat change over the last five days?', 'Who has modified lease rents in last 30 days?', etc.

PropertyWeb

PropertyWeb^TM provides for the synchronization of information between your website and PropertyBoss. Data related to properties and units including pictures and custom fields are available to your webserver. Information is only updated once in PropertyBoss eliminating the requirement to enter it again on your website.

PropertyCollect

PropertyCollect^TM allows you to send delinquent accounts for collection. Select the past due individuals and click the "Send for collection" button. There are no upfront charges ... only a percentage of the collected amount is withheld.

PropertyMICR

PropertyMICR^TM speeds the entry of checks for rent and other payments. The magnetic strip is read by MICR reader causing PropertyBoss to display the lease associated with the account number.
