PropertyMedia™
A picture is worth a thousand words and much easier to use in PropertyBoss
PropertyMedia allows you to take full advantage of digital imaging technology - store your digital images in PropertyBoss and use the photos to manage and market your properties.
Use PropertyMedia to load any digital images, including photos. Edit,
resize and store images, while linking them to the appropriate PropertyBoss
notebook for easy access. The following notebooks support digital media:
Properties, Units, Leases, Tenants, Vendors, Owners, and Work Orders.
| To access the PropertyBoss Image Editor: |

- Access the Property Notebook and select the property
- Select the Media tab (on the right side of the screen)
- Select Actions on the Media screen to display Options
- Select Internal Image Editor to load your image

As an example: Add images of your properties to the Property Notebook,
allowing the images to display on the property's Rentroll, print on the
property listing or print on a work order (as a map). Images can also be
displayed on your website - allowing potential clients, residents, owners and
vendors to view photos (or other images such as videos or floor plans) online.
To access PropertyMedia's Image Editor, see the text box on the right. When
the image is loaded, it will be automatically optimized (sized) to display on
your screen and linked to the appropriate property for viewing and usage within
PropertyBoss.
Within the PropertyBoss Image Editor, you can flip, rotate and crop images.
You can also zoom in, brighten or darken, and adjust the contrast of images.
When an image is edited and saved, any modifications will automatically update
PropertyBoss and your website. (For more information concerning website design,

Additional Photo Opportunities: Ideas for using images to enhance your
business might include a photograph (or even a video with commentary) of
damages on a move-out and linking it to the specific lease. You could link
photos of repairs needed to the work order and print the image on the paper
copy. Photograph special features of a unit to display on the unit notebook
and link to your website. Photograph tenants for security purposes and link to
the tenant notebook. You decide how you will use PropertyMedia to organize and
maintain images.
