PropertyBooks is property management software designed for the individual property owner managing 50 or fewer properties.  We created PropertyBooks to provide a comprehensive and cost effective solution for property investors.  Consider purchasing our flagship product, PropertyBoss, if you manage for other owners and track management fees and owner reporting or wish to add our other modules.  Of course you can always upgrade later to PropertyBoss and receive full credit for your purchase price.

For $349 you can download PropertyBooks, including all of the features listed above, as well as access our Online Knowledge Base – including FAQs. This low price does not include PASS (PropertyBoss Annual Subscription Service), which comes standard with your purchase of PropertyBoss.  PASS includes product updates for one year after your purchase date, as well as 225 minutes of technical support.

We can provide training services as needed. You may purchase Customized Training – delivered using WebEx technology – by the hour at a rate of $125 per hour. Access to our first-class phone support is also available. You can purchase support by the minute for $3 per minute or you may purchased ten support units (a total of 150 minutes) for $250.
