Alpha Property Management
Alpha Property Management was founded in Greenville, SC, in 2007 when a local builder began placing renters in his growing inventory of new homes. In 2009, Carlos Tuazon and Jody Barber, who had been managing the properties for the builder, purchased the property management company and the rest is history!

Based in High Point, North Carolina, Apartment Dynamics provides assistance in three core areas: multifamily property management, property management training services and executive consulting within the property management industry.

Boardwalk Real Property Management
Boardwalk Real Property Management, Inc., provides property management services for rental properties in the San Antonio, Texas, area. Boardwalk and its owner Stephen Foster are active members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Apartment Association and National Association of Realtors.
What was Boardwalk looking for in a solution?
In the late 90s, Boardwalk decided to replace their existing DOS software to take advantage of the newer technologies available. Another local property management company referred them to PropertyBoss Solutions.

Who is Dignity Housing?
Dignity Housing is a non-profit organization established by formerly homeless people to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty confronting low-income and homeless families and individuals in Philadelphia. Dignity Housing promotes their self-sufficiency by providing affordable rental housing with individualized social services, home ownership opportunities, assistance in pursuit of education objectives, workforce development and financial management assistance.
Since their inception, Dignity Housing has demonstrated success in providing both affordable housing and quality social service supports to nearly 2,000 adults and children throughout Philadelphia. They have been recognized by leaders in government and philanthropy, receiving awards and praise from the Fannie Mae Foundation, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, The Enterprise Foundation, and The Center for Community Change and most recently the Preservation Alliance. In total, Dignity Housing has acquired, developed and rehabilitated 150 units of housing throughout the City of Philadelphia.

When Rick Stroud, President of Dynamic Properties, started the company in 1998, he began looking at PropertyBoss, and was impressed at that time with its basic functionality, comprehensive reports, and ease of use. He also remembers being very comfortable with the people at PropertyBoss, and says, “They weren’t just interested in selling me what they had, they cared about providing me with what I really needed.”

With 4,000 units and multiple sites, Leland’s staff needed a system which could provide integrated services. Leland looked for a web-based system to support their staff that was both easy to learn and use.
