Inside Sales Representative

Greenville, SC, based PropertyBoss Solutions is seeking inside sales representatives for growing, dynamic software company. You will be selling property management software products to business owners in the Business-to-Business market. You will demonstrate a track record of success in connecting with and closing customers on the phone. You must demonstrate high energy, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and persuasion skills and a positive attitude.

The PropertyBoss Sales Team is expanding to better serve potential and existing clients. We are currently hiring Solution Consultants for regions in the United States.
Overview:
Solution Consultants are responsible for selling and servicing clients within a geographic sales region. The team is based in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina, and primarily engages in telephone-based sales with occasional travel to their assigned region.
Solution Consultants are responsible for managing the client experience throughout the entire sales process. Consultants will identify, manage and close opportunities by telephone consultation and on-line presentations with business owners and senior management.
Solution Consultants compensation consists of a base salary plus commission. Commission rates are based on a progressive structure that benefits consistent, high-achieving performers.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities
- Follows up on leads with proposals and presentations
- Negotiates and closes sales
- Meets or exceeds monthly sales quotas
- Maintains detailed, accurate and timely records in our contact management system
- Builds and maintains healthy working relationships with clients
- Puts customers first and provides courteous and helpful assistance
Qualifications:
- A verifiable track record in lead generation and sales and thorough understanding of the sales process
- Strong sales abilities including qualifying prospects, asking probing questions to completely understand prospects’ situation, overcoming objections and closing sales
- Strong Internet research skills
- Inbound and outbound telephone sales experience
- Strong customer service orientation and a committed team player
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and persuasion skills
- A good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows
- The ability to work independently, be resourceful and display initiative
Job Experience / Requirements:
We require a minimum of four years sales success in software or a related field. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
