With the added features of PropertyBoss 9.04, we have also made it easier to contact the HelpDesk and get to Einstein Answers. When you hover over the ‘?’ on the top of the window in PropertyBoss, you have two options for help: View/Search Help Guide and Enter a HelpDesk Request. As always, we are available via phone and email, but entering the request through PropertyBoss provides more information about your setup and enters the request directly in to the support queue. Not only does this save you time, but it streamlines the flow of your request to insure a faster response.

When entering Einstein Answers, we have also added the ability to search topics based on various criteria: Exact Word, All Words, Any Words, or Page Names Only. This will help narrow down your results to the items you are interested in. Also, remember to try to use terminology found within the PropertyBoss database. This will help you to find the information within Einstein. With all that knowledge, you can easily get lost in Einstein!
